eGamingUp, Inc. (“eGamingUp”) offers an Internet ranking system and organizes virtual and in-person eSports events (eGamingUp League), as well as the distribution of content related to eGamingUp in general accompanied by eCommerce.
The use of the eGamingUp website, PC, Mac, mobile devices, consoles, and/or any electronic, virtual, physical, and/or digital device by registered and non-registered users are subject to the following terms of use:

The contents of the website and the ranking system are subject to modifications by eGamingUp.
Availability
- A. eGamingUp strives to provide maximum availability of the complete eGamingUp website.
- B. eGamingUp makes every effort to maintain service availability reliably, depending on service programs and infrastructure improvements.
- C. eGamingUp makes every effort to offer a fast calculation of the ranking system. Website access is blocked for approximately 3 hours each day from 5:00 a.m. onwards (Maintenance Period). The rules regarding service availability do not apply during this period.
eGamingUp provides services such as the ranking system and any additional gaming-related services in other sectors.
Participants are obliged to use only original games, original consoles, without ports, hacks, exploits, or alterations to their PC, Mac, mobile devices, consoles, or any device, software, or internet connection related to them.
The user is obliged to comply with the rules established by eGamingUp and those of their respective platforms: PC, Mac, mobile devices, and consoles. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the imposition of sanctions, which may even lead to exclusion from eGamingUp on the platforms: Servers, Cloud, PC, Mac, mobile devices, and consoles. In this case, the user is not entitled to any refund, claim, or any other form of action.
The user is obliged to provide truthful information to the best of their knowledge and understanding regarding registration and utilization of the proposal.
Registered accounts, features, and other related areas are the property of eGamingUp, so we can close, block, delete, store, or take any action that eGamingUp deems appropriate with them.
eGamingUp is not responsible for the accuracy of user personal statements on the page.
The exploitation rights of games carried out within the scope of eGamingUp competitions on platforms: Servers, Cloud, PC, Mac, mobile devices, and consoles belong to eGamingUp. This includes rights to game demonstrations and/or replays and the right to broadcast games on television, radio, or audio or video streaming on the Internet. eGamingUp also has the right to record the transmitted games. Demonstrations and replays are files on platforms: Servers, Cloud, PC, Mac, mobile devices, and consoles that the internal or external software and/or hardware of the platforms can create to record the progress of the games, which can then be used, reviewed, edited, compiled, distributed, or taken any action with them at the convenience of eGamingUp in real-time or at a later date without limitation or expiration.
Registered player and game accounts are non-transferable. This applies especially to any form of physical, verbal, digital, or virtual trading.
eGamingUp is subject to the application of US law only.
Screenshots uploaded to eGamingUp for any purpose are the property of eGamingUp.
If one or more clauses of the terms of use are deemed null, this does not affect the validity of the other clauses. The null clause would be replaced by a clause that meets the expectations of eGamingUp.
